- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for multi-modality imaging systems, including CT, MR, X-Ray, and Ultrasound.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level problems and component failures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute timely and thorough preventive maintenance (PMS) on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Complete all required documentation accurately and punctually, including Field Modification Instructions (FMIs), service reports, and quality system documents.
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with service delivery.
- Remote Support: Provide remote technical assistance and guidance when necessary.
- Parts Management: Manage parts inventory effectively, ensuring availability for repairs and minimizing downtime.
- Training & Development: Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through formal training and self-study.
- Compliance: Adhere to all GE Healthcare quality system procedures, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, and company policies
Education requirements:
- Degree: Full-time Bachelor’s degree.
