Job Description :
Reliance Jio is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to join their dynamic team, primarily focusing on network design, planning, and engineering for their cutting-edge telecommunication infrastructure. This role involves understanding business and regulatory requirements, executing network capacity planning for 4G, 3G, and 2G networks, and ensuring a congestion-free experience for millions of subscribers. Trainees will assist in vendor evaluations, create detailed engineering documents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot network issues, and contribute to optimizing network performance. They will also be involved in enhancing technical knowledge through continuous learning and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant discipline such as Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, from a recognized university.

- Engineering Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documents, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Vendor Coordination: Support vendor evaluations and coordinate with equipment suppliers for new technology integration and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Network Optimization: Contribute to monitoring network performance and identifying areas for optimization and improvement to enhance subscriber experience.
- Troubleshooting: Participate in identifying and troubleshooting network-related issues, assisting in root cause analysis.
- Project Execution: Assist in the execution of various network projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- SOP Adherence & Learning: Follow standard operating procedures and actively engage in continuous learning to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
