Job Description :
- Manage a high volume of live interactions—primarily phone calls, and potentially chats—taking full ownership to ensure each case is resolved effectively with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Resolve inquiries comprehensively by utilizing available resources, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures; escalate cases only when necessary.
- Build trust through empathetic and personalized communication, tailoring solutions to meet each employee’s unique and evolving needs during live interactions.
- Respond promptly to urgent employee issues, ensuring accurate communication and documentation, even when information is limited.
Eligibility :
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency level of 85% or higher).
- Exhibit schedule flexibility to support 24×7 operations as required.
- Maintain high performance standards across key metrics, including average handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate proactively with partner teams to address cross-functional challenges, implement process improvements, and refine operational policies.

Skills :
- Minimum educational qualification: 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates and postgraduates are also eligible to apply.
