Job Description :

CertifyOS is hiring fresh Operations Analysts to optimize healthcare provider data processes. This remote role involves researching, validating, and managing provider credentials, licenses, and payer enrollments. You’ll ensure data accuracy, assist with client implementations, and create clear documentation. Strong research, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential to help streamline healthcare operations and contribute to a more efficient provider ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree, with a strong emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a keen interest in healthcare operations and data.

Skills/experience:

  • Strong Research Skills: Ability to efficiently gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, validation, and quality assurance, especially with complex information.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions in operational workflows.
  • Data Management Basics: Familiarity with data entry, organization, and maintaining data integrity. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and maintain large volumes of complex provider data into CertifyOS systems and databases.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all managed provider data.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or operational bottlenecks and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established operational procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality data processing.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of operational processes, workflows, and data sources.
  • Client Support (Indirect): Contribute to efforts that indirectly support client implementations by ensuring data readiness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to optimize data flows and system functionality.
