DXC Technology Hiring For Product Manager:
Job Description :
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Conversion Accelerator insurance product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, strategy and development to prioritize product roadmap initiatives and drive product development efforts.
Team Leadership and Resource Management:
- Manage a team of 1-2 product management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team success.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of insurance products and product lines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize product performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term product strategies and objectives, driving initiatives to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in product management, leveraging industry expertise and market insights to maintain DXC’s competitive edge in the insurance sector.
- Lead product launch activities, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies and successful product adoption by target customers.
Qualifications:
- Significant Experience in modernization of mainframe and n-tier applications to the cloud, API driven architecture, and cloud native design patterns. AWS experience preferred.
- Significant Experience in conversion tools from legacy to cloud, AI-driven code analysis and conversion, and usage of low-code tools and platforms for modernization to cloud. AWS experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with several years’ experience in Insurance and at least 3 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product portfolios and driving product innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Deep understanding of insurance industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
