Groww is looking for an Associate – Growth (User Engagement )/ Content Writer Intern in Bangalore.

Content Writer Intern :
- To write meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks and personal finance-related topics keeping in mind the editorial guidelines.
- To conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics, and new content ideas to add to the Groww content repository.ÂSkills-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research skills to find out industry-related topics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a big plus
- Must have an eye for detail, quick to spot grammatical errors and rectify the same
- Must possess good coordination skills and take end-to-end ownership of the task
- Run simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Ensure all-around consistency and relevancy of content (in terms of style, fonts, images and tone)
- Excellent creative skills to generate fresh ideas and content
- Ability to convert content ideas into action
- Ability to identify the content gap and fill in the same by enhancing the content piece
Associate – Growth (User Engagement ) :
Responsibility:
- This will be a User engagement role in Growth & Retention team
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engagement activities.
Must Haves:
- 0-1 year experience of CRM marketing tools(eg. Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap, etc)
- Experience in creating HTML Email templates is a must.
- Ability to thrive on challenging problem statements. Must be a go-getter.
Good to have:
- Startup experience
