Job Description :
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes to ensure secure and efficient access control across systems
Administer Active Directory (AD) including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and group policy management
Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication
Implement and support PingID for multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Administer BeyondTrust tools including Avecto, Password Safe, and Privilege Remote Access for privileged access management
Manage Centrify Server Suite for secure server authentication and privilege elevation
Handle Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) management using Sectigo for secure digital certificate deployment
Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for IAM and endpoint security tools
Support Microsoft Defender for Office and Endpoint to enhance cybersecurity posture
Monitor and manage secure web access using Zscaler
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system security and access control policies
Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring prompt mitigation and resolution
Document procedures, create user guides, and support training initiatives for security tools and processes
Requirements:
Hands-on expertise in Active Directory (AD) administration
Proficiency in using PingID for MFA implementation
Knowledge of BeyondTrust tools including Avecto, Password Safe, and Privilege Remote Access
Familiarity with PKI management, specifically using Sectigo
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in security and IAM environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to document technical processes clearly and support user training initiatives
