Kelly Services Hiring Freshers As Graduate Engineer Trainee Position:
Job Responsibilities :
- To support and assist customers as required ensuring their needs of Festo products and services are met.
- To interact with internal functions e.g., Finance, Logistics or Production and coordinate in meeting the customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
- Register orders via SAP system
- Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries
- Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales
- Respond to customer queries related to quotations, order, delivery schedules/despatch status etc
- Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules/despatch status etc via CRM system
- Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- Computer Skills
- MS Office
Language Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Speak: Hindi / Kannada
