The Shell Graduate Programme is a structured 3-year development program designed to cultivate future leaders. Graduates undertake challenging, hands-on roles with real responsibilities from day one, working in diverse, global environments across Commercial, Technical, or Corporate Functions. The program provides a personalized development plan, including on-the-job training, formal courses, and mentorship, fostering a learner mindset.
