Education requirements:
- Fresher – Bachelor in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Computer Science or Information Technology. (Passing year 2023 OR 2024 only)
- Basic understanding of agile software development methodology and industry best practices.
- Basic understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring, debugging.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise, and detailed documentation
