Job Description :
Role & Responsibilities
1) Customer Communication & Support
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or social media
Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company policies
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
2) Quality & SLA Adherence
Meet all contractual metrics and contact center SLAs
Ensure 100% schedule adherence and minimize absenteeism
Follow data security protocols and non-disclosure agreements
3) Performance Improvement & Upskilling
Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback
Complete all mandatory e-courses and upskilling programs
Contribute positively to team performance and reduce shrinkage
4) Operational Excellence
Work in sync with team leads and process trainers
Maintain detailed logs and documentation of customer interactions
Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time UG/PG Graduates (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, MBA, MCA, Pharma)
- 2025 pass-outs are eligible
- Must live within a 25 km radius of the office location
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Flexible to work night shifts
