Job Description :

Technip Energies is seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for its Engineering, Process & Technology Teams. This full-time program offers recent engineering graduates hands-on experience in the energy sector, contributing to real-world projects from day one. GETs will receive structured training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. The role involves assisting in design, analysis, and field engineering tasks, fostering a strong foundation in core engineering disciplines and preparing individuals for a long-term career in sustainable energy solutions. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university, usually for recent graduates with little to no prior professional experience.

Skills/experience:

  • Strong Academic Foundation: A solid understanding of fundamental engineering principles relevant to your discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical).
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering design software, simulation tools, or relevant industry-specific applications (e.g., CAD, FEA, process simulators).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English for technical reporting, presentations, and collaboration.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared goals.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulousness in technical calculations, drawings, and documentation to ensure precision and compliance.

Education requirements:
