Job Responsibilities :
Skill Required:
- Basic understanding of online maps and their uses for navigation and information.
- Familiarity with Google/Apple Maps would be added advantage
- Associate will work on multiple short- and long-term map projects. Must be able to adapt to new projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Adhere to deadlines and strive for productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
- Willing to work in shift based on work schedule and should be flexible working in night shift
- Willing to work from office
- Excellent English communication is Mandate
Candidate Profile :
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with MS Excel/Spreadsheet & Powerpoint/Slides
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity
