Troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues
• Providing functional support for banking application related to Payments, CBS, Retail and Corporate
• Managing EOD/BOD process for the bank
• Willing to work in shifts in a 24×7 environment
• Coordinating with Application and Infrastructure SMEs
• Pure technical profile
• Application performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Application monitoring tools like Application Dynamics and HP OMI
• Managing enterprise java based applications
• Hands on writing SQL
• Hands on with application management
• Good knowledge of scripting
• Good knowledge of firewall and load-balancer
• Good knowledge of java integration
• Experience working with banking application
