Job Description :
Training Delivery:
- Develop and conduct practical and customized training sessions on Zoho Books to diverse client groups (individuals, Chartered Accountants, other professionals, students and corporates), both virtually and in-person
- Cover all core modules of Zoho Books, including Chart of Accounts, Sales (Estimates, Invoices, Payments), Purchases (Bills, Expenses, Vendor Credits), Banking, Inventory Management, Projects, Time Tracking, Journals, and Reporting
- Tailor training content and delivery methods to suit various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users
- Conduct hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and Q&A sessions to ensure effective learning and application
- Assessment & Feedback:
- Assess trainee comprehension and gather feedback to improve training programs continuously
- Provide constructive feedback and follow-up support to ensure successful adoption
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and client feedback
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and client satisfaction
We’re looking for someone with:
- Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of all key modules and advanced features
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and bookkeeping practices
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to command an audience, manage discussions, and maintain engagement
- Experience with Zoho applications.
- Ability to create high-quality training videos.
- Requires extensive travel.
