Job Description :
As an Associate Analyst at Deloitte under the Deloitte Off Campus Drive 2026, you will be part of the Shared Services Center (SSC), which serves as a robust development platform for entry-level professionals. You will support mainstream practitioners through a mix of standardized, transactional, and analytical work. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and quality of process deliverables within the USI GPS Enabling Areas.
The role involves managing complex financial and operational activities, including project accounting, billing, and reporting. You will be expected to leverage modern data analytics tools to drive automation and efficiency while collaborating with diverse service offerings within the firm. This position offers significant technical and soft-skill learning opportunities in a high-performance environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support engagement finance activities including billing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.
- Assist with financial analysis, project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
- Manage operational tasks such as Time & Expense tracking and vendor management support.
- Apply self-review and quality checks to ensure all standard process deliverables meet Deloitte standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external service offerings to deliver timely, high-quality technical outputs.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation through data and insight efforts.
- Maintain compliance with procurement, contractual, and security requirements for assigned projects.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.

Skills & Eligibility :
- Education (Postgrad): MBA/PGDM in Finance or Accounting (2025 Batch only) with 0-1 year experience.
- Education (Undergrad): B.Com/BBA in Finance or Accounting (2024-2025 Batch) with 0-2 years experience.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) with no active backlogs.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow concepts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or AI tools is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication abilities.
