Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver and support IT initiatives that implement technology solutions for business units.
- Build relationships with business users and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Manage the full lifecycle of business applications: implementation, training, and transition.
- Adhere to standard procedures to ensure timely completion of contract deliverables.
- Resolve complex technical incidents and requests using industry-standard support tools.

Skills & Eligibility :
