Job Description :
As a Junior Software Developer at IBM under the IBM Recruitment 2026 drive, you will develop and maintain software components that support S2P automation. You will work closely with Data and AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and workflows into operational systems. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop software services and integrations for AI adoption and S2P automation.
- Work with AI engineers to integrate agentic workflows into production environments.
- Design and implement scalable REST APIs and event-driven microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on unit and integration testing.
- Build and maintain data validation and transformation pipelines (ETL).
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and DevOps best practices.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of services in cloud environments.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new AI-related platforms and automation tools.

Skills & Eligibility :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of industry experience in software development.
- Programming: Strong command of Python (highly preferred), Java, or Node.js.
- Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP/Functional design.
- Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD concepts.
