Job Description :
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is clear: prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers. You will be the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email. You will use a variety of advanced internal tools to navigate accounts, research solutions, and communicate effectively. Since this is a virtual role, you must be comfortable multi-tasking and maintaining high energy while working independently from home.
You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Due to varying customer demand, shifts can be overnight, early morning, or late evening. This role requires high adaptability as you may also be required to work on national holidays and weekends. Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers through multiple channels (Phone/Chat/Email).
- Navigate through various internal tools to research and resolve customer queries.
- Provide support for order tracking, product questions, payment issues, and website navigation.
- Adhere to Amazon’s high standards for customer satisfaction without following rigid scripts.
- Contribute to a high-performing team by meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace for professional customer interaction.
Skills & Eligibility :
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- Education: Open to Any Degree / Graduate or 10+2 candidates with strong skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral fluency in English.
- Technical: Experience working with computers and a dedicated ethernet connection (minimum 100MB download / 10MB upload).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, and weekends).
- Legal: Right to work in India and current residency in Maharashtra.
