The Graduate Development Program (GDP) Trainee role in the Supply & Revenue Cycle (S&RC) function is a structured rotational program designed for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their careers in a global MNC environment. As a GDP Trainee, you will rotate across departments, gain exposure to cross-functional business operations, manage real projects, and develop both technical and leadership skills under the mentorship of experienced Philips professionals. Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Science, Business, or related disciplines)

- Research & Analysis: Gather and synthesise data from multiple sources, analyse key trends, and create detailed reports and presentations that provide actionable insights for ongoing projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and sub-processes by assessing current performance metrics and leveraging industry best practices.
